Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at check out. Purchases equal or higher than $76.99 will have shipping charges included in your purchase. Any purchase below this value will result in additional shipping charges which will be applied at checkout. 

Shipment Method:

Product fullfilment and delivery will be conducted by CopiaCo LLC. All orders will be fulfilled with tracking numbers.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

www.liquidcollagenstix.com ships to addresses within the US addresses. 

Domestic Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You will also receive a tracking number for the shipment.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 to 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our info@copia-co.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.liquidcollagenstix.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.liquidcollagenstix.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the US.
